- Scope and Audience This policy covers website visitors, service users, school customers, staff, families receiving communications, and anyone who submits information through Campus Hive AI. It applies to the website at campushive.com, all paid services, and the school AI platform.
- Information We Collect Campus Hive AI collects information you provide directly (name, email, organization), information schools provide through authorized connections (enrollment and operations data), and technical information generated automatically (IP address, browser type, usage logs, cookies).
- How Information Is Used Information is used to deliver and improve services, respond to support requests, send authorized communications, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Campus Hive AI does not use your information for unrelated purposes or behavioral advertising.
- AI Processing and Governance The school AI platform processes school-authorized data to generate reports, draft communications, and support enrollment workflows. Campus Hive AI does not use customer data or student data to train or improve its AI models without explicit written authorization from the school.
- When Information Is Shared Campus Hive AI shares information only with service providers and subprocessors needed to operate the platform, school-authorized users, and when required by law. Campus Hive AI does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
- Data Protection and Retention Campus Hive AI applies administrative, technical, and organizational controls to protect information. Website visitor data is retained for up to 24 months. School service data is retained for the duration of the agreement plus 90 days, then deleted or returned upon request.
- School, Student, and Family Information Campus Hive AI processes school data only on the instructions of the school. Parents, students, and families with questions about records held by their school should contact the school directly. Campus Hive AI will assist schools in responding to education-record requests.
- Data Protection Terms School customers receive Data Protection Terms as part of their service agreement. Those terms define processing scope, purpose, duration, subprocessors, incident notification, and return or deletion at end of service. Contact Campus Hive AI to request current terms.
- Privacy Rights and Requests Depending on your location and role, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your information.
